Warranty Policy
Thank you for your purchase of H&Y Filter
The warranty period begins from the H&Y website (https://hy-filter.com) date you order the product. 2 year warranty for all products
Please note: For repairs, please provide your order number information or invoice information. We only provide repair services for products ordered through this official website.
If you purchased your H&Y product elsewhere or other brand agents, our H&Y official website do not provide after-sales service. Please contact the place where you placed the order for after-sales support. you will need to return to the place of purchase for after-sales service.
Used Items with No Glass Damage – If the filters have been used but the glass remains intact, we will repair them for free.
Repairs generally take 30-55 day. You will need to pay all shipping costs yourself, including the cost of reshipping the repaired item to you.
Glass Scratches or Physical Damage – If the glass is scratched or damaged due to mishandling, this will be considered user-related damage, and we will not be able to send a new replacement, customer will need to purchase a new one.
