Eugene Theron

I’m Eugene Theron, a landscape photographer primarily focussing on the mountainous regions of the world.

I feel privileged to be based close to Snowdonia National Park in North Wales, one of the most dramatic and beautiful mountainous regions in the UK, and to be able to explore this unique landscape on a regular basis. Being in the mountains is my passion, whether it revolves around taking photographs, climbing, trekking or combining all three activities.

From reading a National Geographic article about Patagonia when I was a child, to seeing other photographers work, to taking part in all the mountain activities I love, I have always felt inspired by these remote and brooding landscapes. While these subjects are my primary photographic interest, I have also expanded my portfolio into other aspects of nature and the coastal environment.

Being a landscape photographer I have found that filters are an integral part of my setup. They allow me to have a lot of creative control in the field and facilitate my ability to generate awell-balanced image. I find that this makes the post processing workflow easier and less invasive, resulting in more authentic images.

Sander Poppe

My name is Sander Poppe (1984) born nearby the sea. I think that's the reason why I love to shoot nearby the coast. I live in the Netherlands, nearby the famous Kinderdijk windmills.

I'm an autodidact. I taught photography to myself. This started when I needed a hobby. I needed distraction when I was diagnosed with diabetes.

When I started with photography, I discovered that I love to shoot landscape. After that discovery I bought some filters from Cokin, B&W and after a while some nice LEE Filters. A few months back I tested the H&Y filters and I love them.... So H&Y is from that moment in my bag.... and the other brands stay at home ;-)

Mirko Boni

"My passion for photography takes me around the world and that's why, in my adventures I chose the best filters. H&Y is innovation and quality, perfect and resistant, ready for every situation even the most demanding. My filters must work at best, whether I'm using that at -20 ° in the Icelandic ice or at + 40 ° in the American deserts "

Mirko Boni has been photographing since the age of 11 and is a landscape photographer, specializing in sunsets, nocturnal and panoramic. His favorite subjects are the alpine and lagoon landscapes but above all those of his Sardinia, where he is known for sports photography, particularly in the world of cycling races. His works have been exhibited in various exhibitions of landscape photography and in London's Somerset House during the 2015 sony Awards contest in which he ranked third in the panoramic photos Italy category.

Giovanni Corona

I'm a Sardinian Landscaper truly in love of my land, especially the Sulcis Iglesiente.
Repeatedly awarded internationally, published and exposed in various national and international newspapers and exposures, I've always been in search of the better photographic experience especially using the right instruments. I'm sure of this: I really don't need the best camera available but really need the best the situation, enjoying the moment free of thoughts, free of complications, leaving away the bad experiences.

So my standards about 3rd parts (as switches, tripods, backpacks) are very high. That's the same for filter system, of course. After a lot of experiences (always not very good), I've found H & Y: there is no manufacturer like H & Y.

A patented system like K-Series is something that you can never find in other brands... yeah maybe some similar, with "half solutions" but absolutely not as this guys have build: a magnetic system which gives the total control of the squares indipendently by the polarizer (or the combo or nd) without any problem of light leaking, of control, of use, of safety about my filters. They are an awesome brand which true listen photographers and, trust me, try to realize the best product to satisfy the most exigent photographer.

Jasminder Singh

I am Jassi Oberai, landscape photographer based in India. I am a photo mentor and a Brand Ambassador with Panasonic India, Sirui Tripods and Datacolor. I conduct workshops almost all across the world.

Capturing stunning vistas of the natural part of the amazing world is my passion and I love sharing my knowledge with anyone who shows the desire to learn. Being a landscape photographer has its own challenges and accessories if not chosen wisely can pose a huge risk both to the camera and final image quality. I believe "No Compromise" formula which decides the destiny of a photographer and most beginner photographers fail there.

I realise that people spend lot of money in buying a good camera and then compromise with almost everything they buy which actually hampers the final quality of their images. After monkey-jumping through many brands of filters, for the first time I believe I have found something which can be easily called a top notch ND Filter System. It stands right at the top of ND Filter pyramid.

Prakash Singh

Prakash is a Dubai based photographer, Originally from India, Prakash moved to Dubai in 2006, this is where he picked up his First Digital Camera in 2008 which was a birthday gift from his Wife.
At first photography started as a hobby from his childhood he was around Art thanks to his Mom & dad, be it painting, playing his guitar or playing with his Dad's Film camera & through his Professional career in  Interior & Architecture Designing.

His pure passion of Photography became his 2nd Profession in 2012, his interest towards travelling & teaching photography prompted him & his friend Akhter to open a photography group called "UAE Landscapers" through which they regularly hosts Photo-walk, International Photo-trip, Exhibition & promote upcoming photographers.
Prakash never believed out of the camera images "for me my photography reflects my thoughts, my emotions & feeling  about the area & surrounding I am shooting at. If the image don't speak to me & doesn't reflect what I was thinking while clicking the image I never publish them".
Even though he is in love with Landscape, Cityscape & Wildlife photography but he shoots every photography genera as he says "I believe if I am not I will miss the fun of creating them".
Prakash is Sony Middle East Ambassador, Educator, H&Y, Leofoto Global Ambassador & social media Influencer.
UPI Gold medal winner, Finalist of 2016 SWPA & 2016 Hipa Photography awards.

The best part of taking pictures is that you become spiritually calm. With the help of this mood I can communicate with people more easily in every environment I go to shooting. There is no limit in this area and I want to go as far as I can towards the unlimited area.

While studying Geography at Istanbul University in 1993, I started shooting with my first camera. In 2001, I gave a break for about 10 years and returned shooting photos in 2011. I do landscape, longexposure, fashion, class, outdoor wedding photography...

Especially in the field of work and long exposures, the use of filters is essential. A filter is essential to get the view you're imagining if the weather doesn't allow it. That's why I used the products of many filter brands. However, since H&Y is very high level in the field of filter equipment, I have chosen my preference for this company. In every new shot, it is my greatest work ethic to be part of your excitement and breathe the same air.

An Architect by profession, I’ve always been fascinated by photography and have started my journey of Digital Photography in the year 2015. I always try to create unique images to connect the viewer with the subject. To me an image is nothing without having any emotions or point of interest in it. Photography is a great medium to express Art and Creativity. Like many, I also chose photography to bring my art and creativity to the world. And it certainly is, one of those things that brings joy and happiness to me.

I must say that H&Y Filters have helped me capture some of the most stunning images I've taken so far! Here are some of the images I took using H&Y System and Filters.

Since the middle of 2016 I am the official X-Photographer and official lecturer of the FUJIFILM School and therefore have a very great and strong partner by my side! For my landscape shots and workshops, I always use GND or/and ND filters to get what I want - a stunning image. Now I’m outside with the Laowa 17mm/f4 lens and with your H&Y filterholder. And if the filters are also great as my actually one - I have to change the system, to be complete. I hope we can work together.

Dharmaraj Ranabhat

I am Dharmaraj Ranabhat, a self-taught photographer and filmmaker from Nepal currently living in Germany. Photography has been an ultimate journey in my life in the past 2 years. I am currently a brand ambassador at Insta 360 and Pgytech.

I usually move my hand on all types of photography and talking about landscape photography and filming on a very sunny day, the filter was most. As I used different types of lenses, buying a different filter for the different lenses was a lot more costy. I had wished for the filter which can be used in all objectives and is very easy to use and replace. The magnetic filter makes it now much easier and the quality of the picture is amazing too.

Phubordin Wannalucksamee

"A photograph is the thing that tell describes the identity of the person behind the shutter."  I always tell this sentence to everyone because I believe that every photograph is always unique, and it often appears as watermark which identifies its owner in every photograph.  My journey does not only stop at one destination, and that was the starting point for me to fall in love with taking a look into the image in front of me through the camera.  I always convey emotions and experiences of each place through images that cannot be seen with naked eyes.  Paying attention to the light and colors of the image is the most important thing of photographs.

I was born and have grown in Thailand, one of the country where there are the most magnificent natural sceneries in the world.  I started my photographic journey since 2013.  It may not look so long, but believe me, this is one of the things I love the most, and Thailand is my first course.  I started from landscape photography.  It was my first photographic experience that allowed me to learn photographic techniques, lights and shadows, as well as astronomy photography in Thailand.  Also, I have many opportunities to travel to take photos in many countries; like India, Pakistan, Iceland, China, etc.  Every country is my endless experience for my journey.  Many impressive things in front you cannot be taken back with you if you have not recorded them in your camera.

Chonlawat Ratanakungwal

A photographer since 2017, with 3 years’ experience in Landscape Photography. Even though my experience in landscape photography isn’t  so much, but it has already been a part of my life. Landscape photography is how I tell my experiences and feelings through images in order to let others who see all my pictures and they’re  feel the same way as myself.

From my perspective, traveling to various places on earth is much more than just to get some pictures of those places. It’s also the way we strengthen our spirituality. It gives us more understanding about the nature and makes me feel excited every single time when I roam to the new places.

I’m always determined to create outstanding work, and H&Y filter is one of the best photography accessories that helps me creating brilliant work easily with incredibly amazing production.

Chaiyun Damkaew

To watch the world and the ways of people from different walks of life, as well as to witness the grandeur and beauty of nature, and to capture them with me through my camera, is one of the most wonderful things that life has offered me.

Chaiyun Damkaew, a Thai landscape and life photographer

The world has so many beauties to search for.  When I find a great beauty in something, I watch, feel and perceive the beauty in front of me with my heart.  My mind is set free and I would think of nothing but to enjoy the beauty that lies before me.  From my eyes through the view finder of my favorite camera, I freeze the moment and press the shutter as told by my heart. The memory at that particular moment has been caught and captured forever for me.

Chaiyun is the award winner of “Travel Photography of the year 2014” Same Place : Different Perspective, held by Lonely Planet Traveller Thailand.

I'm an education instructor at Olympus.

Instead of capturing silhouettes, compositions, or reflexes, they usually capture aesthetic anomalies expressed in pictures of the mind. Focus on recording everyday landscapes, not difficult topics, and focus on communicating with the public. NiSi filters, Cokin filters and B+ filters were used, but the size, volume and video quality of the H&Y filters have improved significantly since the second half of last year when they were used in earnest.

Thanks to its magnetic method, high-performance solidity and the convenience of powerful filters, it was able to express images even in extreme environments.
